Jill Happold

Jill joined Midlands in 2021 after a career in retail management and training.  She thrives in creating order out of chaos and building relationships in order to provide superior communication and outstanding customer experience.  

As Operations Manager, Jill assists staff with training, creating operational standards based on best-practices, in addition to team building.  She challenges and guides each member of the staff to maximize their potential. 

 When Jill isn't working with clients, she enjoys time with her daughter and extended family.
