As Managing Partner of Midlands Financial in Lincoln, Nebraska, Damien leads practice strategy, development, operations, and high‑value client relationships. Before his leadership at Midlands Financial, Damien founded and built an independent wealth management practice in Tacoma, Washington. His entrepreneurial success stemmed from a commitment to holistic planning—integrating investment management, retirement planning, risk management, and estate coordination—while personally overseeing every aspect of operations, compliance, and growth strategy.
Damien began his financial professional career at Merrill Lynch, where he developed institutional‑grade portfolio construction experience and built foundational skills in financial planning, client service, and relationship development within a highly regulated environment.
