Gretchen has had a full career in the insurance industry. She has been an Underwriter, and most recently excelled as an Account Manager in the field of Employee Benefits. Her attention to detail makes her an asset in whatever role. At Midlands Financial, she serves as a liaison between the Retirement Plan Participants and Plan Carrier as well as liaison between the Carrier and the Plan Administrator. She is a fast learner and her role assisting in servicing retirement plans since 2021 has been a seamless transition providing outstanding customer service the entire time.
